For highest demands on accuracy and on surface quality we use the ceramic moulding system / Shaw system.

Casting Technique

Cast products built in our own manufacturing hall have a delivery weight of 0.1 kg to 10 tons per item. Single pieces and small series of special castings are manufactured using waterglass/ester systems.

Fitted for your purpose

For preproduction models and components we use the 3D printing technology (Rapid Prototyping).
