Mit der richtigen Abk\u00fchlung nach dem Halten auf der Temperatur m\u00f6chten wir einen m\u00f6glichst ausgeglichenen Zustand der Mikrostruktur erreichen. Der Zweck des Gl\u00fchens besteht darin, die Ma\u00dfhaltigkeit, Bearbeitbarkeit, Bearbeitung zu verbessern, mechanische Eigenschaften zu erreichen und die H\u00e4rte zu reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Abschrecken ist eine Art der W\u00e4rmebehandlung, bei der der Stahl im Austenitbereich erhitzt wird. Anschlie\u00dfend erfolgt entsprechend der Stahlg\u00fcte eine schnelle Abk\u00fchlung in verschiedenen H\u00e4rtern. Die am h\u00e4ufigsten verwendeten Mittel sind Wasser, \u00d6l, Salzbad und Luft. Dadurch wird die H\u00e4rte erh\u00f6ht, wodurch der Stahl spr\u00f6der und weniger z\u00e4h wird. Zwischen der Oberfl\u00e4che und der Innenseite des Materials treten Temperaturunterschiede auf, die mit der h\u00f6heren Abk\u00fchlgeschwindigkeit zunehmen. Diese Unterschiede k\u00f6nnen zu Materialfehlern oder sogar zu Rissen f\u00fchren, daher ist es wichtig, einen bestimmten Stahl mit dem entsprechenden H\u00e4rtemittel zu versehen.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_20 bt_bb_hidden_md bt_bb_hidden_lg\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_column_inner col-xl-6 bt_bb_align_left bt_bb_vertical_align_top bt_bb_padding_normal\" style=\"position: relative;\" data-width=\"6\" data-bt-override-class=\"{}\"><div class=\"bt_bb_column_inner_content\"><header class=\"bt_bb_headline bt_bb_font_weight_600 bt_bb_dash_none bt_bb_size_normal bt_bb_align_inherit\"><\/header><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_20\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><div  class=\"bt_bb_text\" ><p>Nach dem Gie\u00dfen erstarrt die Schmelze in den Formen und geht so vom fl\u00fcssigen in den festen Zustand \u00fcber und das Gef\u00fcge wird als gegossen bezeichnet. Ein solches Gef\u00fcge ist f\u00fcr den Endverbrauch eines bestimmten Produkts meist ungeeignet, daher m\u00fcssen wir eine W\u00e4rmebehandlung vornehmen, was bedeutet, dass Stahl wieder im Ofen und bei hohen Temperaturen behandelt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Haltezeit, Temperatur und Abk\u00fchlmethode bzw. Abk\u00fchlgeschwindigkeit h\u00e4ngen von der Stahlqualit\u00e4t und den geforderten mechanischen Eigenschaften ab. Im Allgemeinen kennen wir drei grundlegende Methoden der W\u00e4rmebehandlung, andere Arten der W\u00e4rmebehandlung werden f\u00fcr spezielle Zwecke verwendet.
